At Escape Studios, we take pride in providing our customers with premium luxury fashion, and we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We understand that occasionally, exchanges may be necessary to ensure you receive the right product to suit your needs. Please review our Exchange Policy below for full details.

  1. Eligibility for Exchange
    •  Items must be returned for exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • The item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have missing tags will not be eligible for exchange. ○ Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at info@escapestudios with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during return transit.
  • Shipping costs for the return are covered by the customer, except in cases where the item was incorrect or defective upon receipt.
  • Upon receipt, all items are thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control team to ensure they meet the exchange conditions. Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you and will not be eligible for an exchange. For items that passes QC, we will issue the exchange item within 5-7 business days.

3. Exchanging for a Different Size or Style

  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please indicate your desired size or item in your exchange request. Availability may vary, and we will confirm item availability before finalizing the exchange.
  •  If the requested item is not available, our Customer Service team will provide alternative options or the choice of a refund.

4. International Exchanges

  • For exchanges outside your region, please note that additional shipping fees and longer transit times may apply. Customs duties, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Policy

Escape Studios is committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. Our Refund Policy is designed to clarify how refunds are processed so you can shop confidently, knowing you have the support of a luxury service standard.

    • Return Approval: Refunds are issued only for items that are returned in accordance with our Return Policy and meet our standards upon inspection.
    • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If your item is eligible for refund but fails to meet the return conditions, the item will be returned to you.

2. Refund Processing

  • Inspection Process: Once the returned item is received, our Quality Control team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm it meets our return standards. Items that pass inspection will proceed to refund processing.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of our Quality Control team’s approval. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank or credit card account.
  • Refund Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping and Duties: Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, Final Sale items, and personalized items are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Notification Requirement: If an item you received is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@ashluxuryhq.com with photos and a description of the issue.
  • Refund Coverage: For confirmed faulty or incorrect items, a full refund will be issued, including any original shipping charges.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where items are returned but do not meet all return standards, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or offer store credit. The customer will be notified if this applies.
